Payment by Bank Transfer

To ensure your registration is valid, please make sure that any payment made by transfer is free of all bank fees and transfer charges. Please also ensure that the registered participant’s name is clearly stated in the bank transfer. You are advised to email to the SAADC2023 Secretariat ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) the BANK PAYMENT INFORMATION (below) and payment slip from the bank (if any) for the Secretariat to issue you a receipt. Payment by bank transfer is available until 31 October 2023. After this date, please contact SAADC2023 Secretariat (Dr. Daovy Kongmanila, email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) for late payment procedure.

Final Receipt

The Secretariat will email to participant the Final Receipt within three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full.

Any change of such details (name, address, etc.) is possible only within 30 days from the date of registration and is subject to a US$ 20 fee.

Visa Letter

Cancellation of Registration

• Until 1 September 2023 – 20 % of the fee will be charged
• From 2 September until 31 October 2023 – 50 % of the fee will be charged
• From 1 November 2023 no refund can be processed

General Cancellation Conditions

• All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the SAADC2023 Secretariat (Dr. Daovy Kongmanila, email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and cannot be done online or over the phone.
• Requests for refunds made after 1 November 2023 will not be considered.
• For any change of name, a fee of US$ 30 will be charged.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Cancellation or Modification of the Conference Due to Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure situation, SAADC2023 reserves the right to alter or cancel the Conference without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the conference. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the SAADC2023 organizer which prevents or impedes the realization of the conference. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, epidemic such as Covid-19, or other natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, flood, hurricane, etc.)

In the event of such cancellation, SAADC2023 shall refund the paid registration fees, after deducting all bank and administration charges, to the participants.
